An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate CHEF DE RANG to join an outstanding team at the award winning English Tea Room at Brown’s Hotel, the London flagship of The Rocco Forte Collection.
Set in the heart of Mayfair, the exceptional Brown’s Hotel is one of London’s most historic hotels, and London’s first. Following a £24 million restoration, Brown's has been restored to its rightful position as one of the most exclusive and renowned hotels in London.
The English Tea Room is legendary, combining an outstanding history with a contemporary flair to create a truly stunning environment. Brown’s Afternoon Tea is infamous and continues to receive critical acclaim as one of London’s most outstanding experiences; most recently being awarded The Tea Guilds coveted award of Top London Afternoon Tea 2009.
As a Chef de Rang you will be an exceptional team player and have excellent guest service skills; an unrivalled passion for delivering outstanding service. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with great people skills, and be able to focus on the finer details to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our waiting team, you will have previous experience as a waiter or at a similar level within a quality dining environment.
