Graduate Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen to join our very successful team here at Belleveue Mortlakes and be based at our Head Office in Enfield Town. You need to have a minimum of 6 months relevant and good experience in the industry.

The successful candidate will join our busy, thriving general practice, dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential valuation surveying with options if taken to be involved with a wide range of property types and disciplines, eg. L&T and agency.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Sound knowledge of: Valuations, Landlord & Tenant, Measurement, Building Technology.
Excellent English
Willing to learn

Excellent I.T Skills
