Job Purpose:
You will demonstrate a supportive, friendly, and consistent manner at all times, particularly when meeting and greeting club members, visitors, and colleagues and you will respect that they are individuals and unique.
You will be commercial in your thinking and strive to maximise club revenue through actively recruiting new members, and aim to achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets. You will generate awareness of the club within the local catchment area, and be proactive in generating membership leads through both inreach and outreach methods
You will be knowledgeable about your product and your customer, and be passionate about selling. You are committed, determined, and motivated by the challenge of working within a team which shares a common goal, to embrace every opportunity to achieve success and to increase both personal, and club income.
Your achievements will be indicative of task managed approach, with a can do attitude. You will sell with honesty, integrity, and professionalism, and deliver high standards. You will be an ambassador of the LA fitness brand at all times. You will make sure that a fun and enjoyable environment is maintained, and your energy and passion for people will drive you to achieve excellent results months after month.
Your commitment to your own personal development, coupled with your enthusiasm and fun approach to work, will ensure you and your team consistently deliver the LA fitness Vision, Mission, and Values to our members and visitors and make each visit a positive one.
You will embrace every opportunity to achieve success by personally delivering exceptional levels of customer, and member service, and be a positive role model for the Membership Sales team.
FINANCIAL AND COMMERCIAL KEY RESULT AREA:
Definition: Achieve Commercial & Service targets by demonstrating member contacts and by delivering revenue, controlling costs and maintaining quality.
Meet and strive to exceed membership revenue targets as set by your Line Manager and in line with the LA fitness sales systems and procedures.
Sell memberships professionally, with integrity and accuracy, and in line with current pricing matrices and sale promotions as directed by your Line Manager. Achieve zero No Bank Account sales.
Complete all membership agreement forms accurately using the Legend system and in line with LA fitness sales procedures in order to earn incentives.
Once a sale has been completed, immediately convert all new members onto Legend Membership Management system, and comply with Legend policy and procedures at all times.
Put into place any sales promotions, as provided by the marketing department or your Line Manager following the monthly business launch. Actively promote these offers to club members, colleagues, and prospects and follow them as detailed in the company instructions.
