A Policy & Projects Manager is required within a Local Government setting to drive forward a review of current funding, commissioning and support to third sector organisations within the borough.

Taking a lead role in this key corporate project for the Council, you'll effectively drive forward & project manage a service review. Led by the Culture & Environment directorate, you'll scope the council's funding, commissioning and support arrangements in Children's Schools and Families, Housing and Adult Social Care directorates. This will involve consultation and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders, research, developing a communications plan and providing policy analysis on emerging issues.

To qualify for this rewarding opportunity you will require:
- Strong experience of reviewing council services
- A comprehensive understanding of Social Services, Housing & Corporate council directorates
- Excellent project management and policy development experience
