We are currently looking for a Senior Revenue Controller to join one of the UK's Top 20 City Law Firms on a 12 month contract basis, covering maternity leave. The role will be sitting within the billings and credit control department and main duties will include:

* Conducting regular individual monthly meetings with Partners to review their WIP and Debt Financial Balance
* Attending weekly finance meetings to monitor progress and report problems on both partner and matter issues
* Running various client's ledger balance reports on a weekly and monthly basis
* Distributing Missing Time reports
* Running remainder debt reports to internal fee earners
* Ensure monthly WIP and aged debt targets are all met
* Responsible for running Partner bill Proforma
* CA Bill Proforma and reviewing Proforma in details before sending to the Billing Department for final processing

The successful candidate must have considerable legal revenue control experience and will have ideally got billings and credit control exposure also. It is essential that you have experience with the Elite accounting package and have worked within a similar sized law firm also. As you will be conducting regular meetings with partners and fee earners, it is paramount that you have excellent presentation, written and communication skills. As this role is covering maternity, you will be required to hit the ground running, so only candidates who fulfil the above skill set will be considered.
