I have a 3 bedroomed property with metropolian housing association, The house has 2 good size bedrooms plus a smaller one bathroom and toilet upstairs. The lounge is very big if you can judge by the photo with patio doors leading out to a small/medium sized garden, the kitchen isnt that large but i ve managed to fit everything into it thats needed in a kitchen. I have off the road parking plus a garage which has electricity into it. The house has gas central heating. I would also like to say this is not on an estate but in a private cul de sac . The property l am looking for would have to be about the same as i have i do prefere non estate , also im sorry i dont want to go to north london i just would like to stay croydon thorton heath etc. Many thanks for looking my house has been on before but unfortunetly the swap i went for fell through. I dont mind being involved in a multi-swap but only 3 way. I would consider down sizing if the right property had either a dining room or garage as what with my husbands job i need storage space.
