Based in Old Street we operate out of a studio currently employing a rag-tag bunch of 20 dedicated and talented individuals from all over the world not afraid of working the odd late night.

We currently have a vacancy for a highly client-facing role for a Senior Web Producer/ Project Manager to become one of the primary owners of projects and client relationships with involvement from initial project conception through to final delivery. As a central point of contact for the client, the Senior Web Producer will be responsible for presenting work, managing client expectations and controlling change whilst ensuring that work is delivered on time, to estimate and to the quality their clients have come to love and expect.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Defining and documenting the project scope, its plan and resources
• Controlling workstreams, managing risk, issues and change
• Controlling and ensuring the quality of the end deliverables.

KEY TARGETS + GOALS:
• Effrective management of clients and project teams throughout a project's lifecycle to ensure delivery
• Continuing development of effective management and delivery processes
• Minimising rework through application of quality procedures.

THE CANDIDATE:
• A minimum of 3 years of proven agency experience
• A proactive personality
• Strong project management skills (timings, costs, resource planning, communication)
• Excellent communication skills
• The abiltiy to work and manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
• An understanding of how Flash and HTML websites work inside and out
• A passion for digital media
• An understanding of W3C standards
• Confidence in defining and managing project scopes, resources, schedules and budgets
• The ability to accurately explain processess to team members and clients
• The ability to create meaningful Gantt charts and cost analysis summaries
• An awareness of digital branding and design, information architecture, usability and accessibility and web technologies

Salary: £25k- £30k on a permanent full time basis
