Bank Sessional Self-Employed Night support workers
Bank/Sessional Self-Employed Night support workers required to work 8pm -8am.
You will be required to monitor young people living in semi-independent living.
You will not be required to do any personal care for the young people or administer medication. You will need an NVQ Level 2 in health and social care £74 per shift.
Shift pattern is as follows:
You must stay awake between 8pm – 1am after this time you may rest.
•8pm once you have come to the office and put your belongings down etc you should check each flat to see who is home.
•10pm you should do a check to make sure all visitors have left the building.
11:30pm you should check the flats again to ensure that all residents are in their own flats
•6:30am-7:00am check the block and finish writing your report.
•8:00am your shift ends
You will be working with young people aged 16-21 who are looked after by the Local Authority. You have to have a minimum of two years experience.
You must be legally allowed to work in the UK all positions are subject to satisfactory reference and an enhanced CRB disclosure.
We particularly welcome applications from white male workers as they are considerably underrepresented in this area of work.
Full driving license and use of a car would be very beneficial.
