The Salary - Basic Gym salary of £13.5k to start, progressing to £30k+ within at least 12 months and more quickly for driven people.
The Role – We are looking for people to become Personal Trainers. Successful candidates would start on the gym floor and have the opportunity to grow their Personal Training business in a thriving club over a period of time. Ensuring members get first class service is a priority as is ensuring all fitness areas and equipment are maintained and presented to the highest possible standard. High levels of progressive training are given coupled with ongoing support to ensure new recruits progress from gym into PT quickly.
The Candidate - Will have the following:
Live within easily commutable distance – shift work can start as early as 5.45am.
Experience in the Fitness Industry
Fitness qualification equivalent to REPS Level 3
A desire to grow a PT business rather than a desire to remain as a Gym Instructor.
Great interpersonal skills who can work towards targets and achieve results for our members.
