We have at the moment 1 double room left for 2 girls and another room for 3 guys in a 2 storey house.

Rent Includes all bills and facilities:
Fully equipped kitchen
2 bathrooms
Huge backyard
Wireless internet (Virgin media 20 mb)
Plasma TV (Virgin media)
Basic household items (Dish Washing liquid, air freshners etc) as well as blankets and bed linen.
Public transportation (buses and tube station less than 5 minute walk)
Housemates are either working professionals or students. Everyone is friendly & very social.
We ensure that the house remains clean and tidy; social and fun but quiet and responsible at the same time.
Close to Tesco and other shops, Stores, and restaurants are less than 1 minute walk away. The house is on Bernard Avenue, so although it's close to local facilities, it's still a quiet and lovely area.

All this for £300 per month per person plus £140 deposit; bills included.
The house is clean and comfy, so we're looking for clean and tidy housemates.
