We are a warm friendly young family with a 3 yr old boy and a 6 month old girl. We speak French, German and English at home. We live near Swiss Cottage/Hampstead tube stations (Jubilee Line/Northern Line), a friendly neighbourhood with leisure facilities, shops, cinemas, librairies, parks etc...

We are looking for a live-in experienced non-smoking female nanny/mother’s help/housekeeper to work 40/45 hours a week and up to 2 nights babysitting in the week and Saturday nights (although this is rarely necessary more than once a week). Possibility of more hours for the right person.

We might need you more hours at time or at a later stage and will pay accordingly. The hours are slightly flexible to allow time for you to study should you wish to.

Mother works part-time from home. The role is both sole and shared charge of the toddler and/or the baby + cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, household duties. Our son will go to nursery school in September 3 hours/day.

We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term position (at least a year) and who is energetic, enthusiastic, warm, friendly, fun, organised and tidy, keen to get out & about, trustworthy, reliable, flexible, punctual, hard-working and can become part of our family. You must enjoy stimulating and playing with babies and toddlers.

You will have your own large double bedroom & bathroom on your own floor, TV and access to broadband high speed wireless internet.

You need to have good spoken English, experience with similar aged children (incl. babies) and housekeeping + UK checkable references, a full valid work permit or visa and be in London so that we can meet for an interview. Starting date: any time with flexibility for the right person.
