BENEFIT YOUR HEALTH AND HELP THE CHILDREN OF CHINA – Come and learn these special standing ‘cleansing’ qi gong exercises for improving health and well being. This is a qi gong set from famous Shaolin monk, Hai Deng, and the first time that Shifu Liu has taught this qi gong in the UK.

Suitable for all, no experience is necessary

Workshop and food, suggested fee £40, if you cannot afford the workshop come along anyway for Chinese tea and dumpling at 5.30pm, and donate what you can afford.
