Front Desk Reception and Facilities Junior
A front desk/facilities junior is required for a Business Centre in Borough/London Bridge area.
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the office supervisor and responsible for daily reception duties- meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, receiving and sorting post and parcels, sending out post, filing etc.
You will also be required to assit the office supervisor in facilitating client requirements as stipulated by the sales team and assisting in delivering these requirements through room set-up, catering and IT set up on an ad-hoc basis.
Furthermore, supporting and liasing with the sales team in daily administrative tasks is of vital importance.
This is a very diverse role with alot of potential to learn and develope within the role and company. Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent speaking voice and strong commannd of the english language- both written and verbal
- Be well dressed and presentable in a business to business reception
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and contractors
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS desktop applications
- Flexibility in your appraoch to work as you will be required to multi-task and assist in other area's of the business where required
Ideally, you will also have:
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 and have strong numeracy skills
- Knowledge of MS CRM, Access and Database management
The hours are 8:30 -5:30 Monday to Friday with a starting salary of 16,000 depending on experience.
