Highly Organised Administrator Pa
I am bilingual, hard-working and highly organised person with good communication skills. Also self-motivated, reliable and customer-focused. I am able to work both on my own initiative and as a part of a team under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
I have gained 3 years office experience.
My previous job was at an international legal company working as a Legal (Team) Assistant, assisted a Partner and several (senior) Associates. I had a wide range of responsibilities. These included diary management, organising meetings, typing (60+ wpm) (audio typing as well) and filing, preparing documents, dealing with clients both by phone and in person, covering reception area (occasionally) and dealing with correspondence. I used the company’s database system and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) on a daily basis.
I also have some experience in retail.
I completed a Secretary/ PA diploma programme at Souters in London in 2008 and have previously studied as a Technician in Shipping, Cargo and Logistics (higher education) in Hungary.
I am looking for a full-time job in as a PA/ Secretary/ Assistant or Receptionist where I could develop your organisation with my skills and experience. I am available for an interview as soon as possible.
