Hr Administrator
Morgan Hunt is currently looking for someone to start immediately and assist in the implementation of our new hr/ payroll system and general HR/administration work.

HR System Implementation
- Review Elite HR / Payroll system to assess what information we need on each employee (200 max)
- Review current HR excel spreadsheets to assess what data is held and what is missing
- Compile employee survey to obtain missing data from employees
- Populating new HR database with collected data
- Assist to design codes / categories for data to aid reporting
General Admin and PA
- Work as directed for Directors to draft and compile general correspondence reports and presentations using excel, power point and word.
- Occasional coordination of meetings
- Occasional personal work for Chairman
Person/Experience
- Strong excel, PowerPoint and word
- Experience of HR database work
- PA / general administration work
