Experienced Chargehand required for a Landscaping contractor in Dartford. You will ideally have:

Minimum of two years grounds maintenance and machinery experience and skills
Be an excellent time keeper and have a dedicated work attendance record
To have minimum of three years Horticultural experience and demonstrate knowledge of Horticultural skills.
To hold appropriate certification in machinery and Grounds maintenance disciplines
Have clean driving license and have ability and be prepared to tow trailers.
Have suitable tachograph knowledge to facilitate the above.
All round knowledge of machinery use and operation
All round knowledge of servicing / maintenance requirements
Ability to use multi-cylinder ride on mowers and set up/adjust accordingly
Liaise with clients or their representatives on the clients behalf
Discipline and direct staff, be inspirational and motivating towards staff.
Have a working understanding of HASAW
Be flexible in outlook and approach to work.
