I confess, I'm hooked on something that was only ever meant to be a bit of a joke.

It started with a conversation at the pub t'other night with one of the girls from work. The subject drifted onto the many and varied ways the human mind wanders when it's confined to a dull desk job. She felt the need to tell all present that she was having such an extended dry patch she'd spent most of this week flirting with people on the phone in the hope of securing a date and just maybe some action.

So a few days later, I'm as bored as ever, and I notice that she hasn't taken a single phonecall all afternoon, it's all been emails for her today by the looks of it. 2 minutes later I'd set up a random anonymous hotmail, and another 2 minutes later I'd composed and sent off a bit of a teasing email -- a few questions like "what are you thinking as you read this", "ever wanted to tell a stranger a secret" -- harmless questions really. Had nothing back for a while, but when I logged in the next morning, she'd replied late that night and sent over a pretty raunchy set of answers. And so it began... we've swapped quite a few emails now, each time I learn a little more about her, and each time this setup gets sexier.

I'm attached, I'm straight, and I'm very well aware that this is wrong. The thing is that neither of us seem to have any intention of actually putting a face to the emails, it's just intriguing being able to be totally honest with a complete stranger. Last night I decided to try out something that apparently really gets her off with my other half, and it was the best sex we've had in ages. Of course she got told about that this morning, and has given me a few extra pointers. I have literally no idea what the outcome of any of this will be, all I know for now is that it's sexy as hell knowing this amount of intimate details about someone else.
