Morgan Hunt is looking for individuals who degree-educated or equivalent with strong communication skills, confidence and a desire to succeed. The successful candidates will join us as a Resourcer on our Education, Revenue & Benefits and VMS Clerical team.

The Role:
- Webmining (searching) for new candidates
- Completing candidate registrations over the phone and face to face
- Interviewing candidates
- Using job boards and other search functions to find the right candidates for vacancies
- Gathering references for the candidate
- Candidate marketing
- Writing adverts
- Preparing CVs to send to clients
- Assisting the consultants on the team
- Working to tight deadlines
- The role is targeted monthly and involves a lot of phone work
