My client, an established financial company based in central London, is looking for a talented Financial Manager to join their team. The atmospere in the company is great, they are all a close-knit family and staff love coming to the office! The turnover is none existent as people tend to stay in this company.

Daily duties to include:
• Managing the financial department on a day to day basis
• Advising on financial analyses and reports
• Annual and quarterly budget preparation for the company and clients
• Establish and plan external and internal audit programmes
• Liaising internally and with external partners to ensure that all transactions, amendments, reports and accounts are done properly
• Determine company/clients financial policy and staffing level appropriate for necessary financial activities
• Be involved in communication process with clients and authorities in the United Kingdom and Russia/CIS
• Handling client's financial affairs and advising on investments

Successful applicants must be:

• Fluent in Russian language.
• Have a relevant degree ( ie Finance and Accounting).
• Financial /management experience.
• Experience using Sage lane 50.
• Knowledge of payroll preparation and financial report preparation for the FSA.
• Experience in currency transactions and taxation is essential.
