Brindisa specialises in the selection, sales and distribution of some of the best food from Spain. The Brindisa range encompasses the full spectrum of fine foods and ingredients from cured hams, cheeses to olive oils all of which are chosen for their exceptional quality.

We have an opportunity for someone with an outgoing personality and a passion for food to work as a BBQ assistant at our flagship unit at Borough Market, London Bridge. This involves cooking our ‘infamous’ chorizo sausage on toasted bread filled with Piquillo Peppers, rocket salad and drizzled with olive oil.

If you can commit to 9 hours per week we will need you to work the following shifts:
Friday :- 09.00am – 7.00pm


In return we offer a basic salary of £7.00 to £8.00 per hour (dependent on experience), 40% staff discounts, 5.6 weeks annual leave, bonus payments, training opportunities and a friendly working environment.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people who have proven experience and an active interest in fine food and healthy lifestyles. A flexible, capable person with a general can-do attitude will do well. Excellent command of written and spoken English essential.
