Head chef required for 2 Rosette restaurant producing modern French cuisine.

This is a truly stunning cosmopolitan venue that oozes class with chic décor.

You will manage a team of 7 chefs, compile seasonal menu’s and source local suppliers. This is 60 cover restaurant with private dining facilities.

Candidates will need to have at least 1 – 2 years experience as a head chef in a minimum of 2 Rosettes or Michelin star.
