Customer Service Advisor
Our client is a large Corporate Insurance company which is one of the leading providers of Accident and Health Insurance within the UK with approximately 350 staff primarily based at the UK headquarters in Kingston-upon-Thames.
They are currently looking to recruit customer service advisors to join their rapidly expanding team.
If you have previous call centre experience; a passion for giving excellent customer service and are looking for a new challenge then this is a great opportunity for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To answer incoming calls in a calm and professional manner
Ensure being available at 85% of the time
Have a flexible approach to working patterns to ensure adequate cover at all times
Ensure daily objectives are met, set by the supervisor
Maintain good attendance and timekeeping
To maintain quality scores of 90%
To work with and contribute to the team goals and objectives
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
At least 1 years previous call/contact centre experience
Ideally have insurance or financial background
Excellent telephone manner
Computer literate
Good keyboard skills
Calm and professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS
5 GCSE/O Level grades A-C including Maths and English
