help4IT is a successful London based organisation providing outsourced IT support to businesses throughout the South East and Nationwide.

We seek a junior Windows technician to give 1st line remote and onsite support to our customers.

The successful candidate will be familiar with the Windows desktop and have some knowledge of server operating systems together with backoffice applications, e.g. Exchange and SharePoint. You will have passed some or all of the exams required to gain an MCSE. In addition you will be able to demonstrate some knowledge of local and Wide area networking together with how Windows can interact with with other operating systems, e.g. *nix.

We also like to hear from you if you have good knowledge of *nix operating systems.

This is a customer facing role and therefore an immaculate knowledge of written and spoken English is essential, no doubt you will want to demonstrate this in your application.
