We are currently looking for a new member to join the location team at 1st option. This is a fantastic opportunity for any individual serious about pursuing a career within the location’s industry.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities

You will be working in our buzzing office in the heart of Camden Market. Your role will involve the following:

- Manage and handle location enquiries with the aim of developing our services and maximising the profile of 1st option as London’s leading location agency for still photography.

- Monitor location shoots, ensuring the provision of appropriate documentation and contracts, including, public liability insurance and the completion of appropriate licenses and contracts as well as providing any necessary after care.

- Researching and acquiring potential new locations

- Help develop and expand the existing library to encompass locations suitable for filming and events.

- Help identify ways in which 1st option could improve their delivery to the industry.

- Represent the agency at industry forums and/or networking events as required.

Requirements:

It is essential that you:

- Show experience of an excellent telephone manner liaising with a wide variety of people, with a good level of diplomacy and sensitivity

- Can exhibit a keen eye for detail

- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload in a fast paced environment.

- A keen interest in the location aspect of the film, television and photographic industry.

It is advantageous if you:

- Good understanding of the geography of Greater London.

- Experience of working within a small team
