We currently have temporary ‘Customer Service Executive’ opportunities in our customer services department to cover our busy Christmas period and would welcome applications from individuals who are up for our challenge.

You must have good experience of working in a call centre/customer service environment. You will be dealing with inbound and outbound customer telephone calls and emails handling all types of transactions in accordance with our service standards. You will be handling customer orders in addition to resolving queries.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
• Previous experience in a customer service/call centre environment
• Positive attitude, self motivation and excellent communication skills
• An ability to manage issues and problems to resolution in a timely fashion
• The ability to work on own initiative, multi task and prioritise
• True Customer Care dedication and 'can-do' approach
• The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Dedication and flexibility to work overtime at short notice and shifts are essential

This is a temporary full-time position to cover October – Christmas. Candidates must commit for the full period.
We are offering £8.17 ph plus discretionary weekly performance bonus.
