Austin Harvey, a dynamic, forward thinking and leading independent Estate Agent, covering Sales, Lettings and Property Management, are looking for an additional Lettings Negotiator, to join their already successful Lettings Negotiators, in their busy Forest Hill office.

Currently expanding, Austin Harvey are looking for vibrant, dynamic and tenacious Lettings Negotiator, to compliment their already successful team.

Based in Forest Hill and covering surrounding areas, Austin Harvey have an established, respected and excellent name and reputation, built up from years of brilliant customer relations and area knowledge.

Suitable candidates will be:

Meeting and greeting potential tenants
Selling face to face and over the phone
Thoroughly registering new applicants
Arranging and attending viewings
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Canvassing and generating new business
Offering excellent customer relations

To be considered for this role, applicants must be:

Have a full, clean drivers license

In return for the right applicant, Austin Harvey are offering a competitive basic salary, on target earnings of £25,000 - £35,000, a company car and additional benefits.
