We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Southbank Chez Gerard.

We would be interested to hear from applicants who have 3 or more years experience working on either a Fish, Meat or Grill section in their curret role (or combinations of the 3)
.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
• Able to think of the small things that make a person’s day
