I have to rent the 2nd floor of my salon

The area:

The rent includes the waiting area for your clientele and a room for actually conducting the beauty treatments, the area will be open to whatever you want to do with pre approval of myself as you may have to tie into my salon slightly

We are a top salon in the area with a huge clientele, our clients are constantly asking when we are doing beauty and we have a huge demand for offering the additional service of beauty, we are covered a lot by newspapers and have alot of new press coming out including the owners award winning success

The area has plumbing and lighting and the salon has just been refurbished and decorated

We are also located next to Brentwood Station, opposite the premier inn hotel.
