We have a spare room available in our family (4 people) home in High Barnet/ Arkley, EN5 2QH.

We do not eat meat in the house.

We’re about a 15-20 minute walk to High Barnet station, with a bus stop about 5 minutes away – from new barnet, it’s about 15 minutes to Finsbury park, and from High Barnet it’s about 30 minutes to Euston.

We have off street parking available. We have lots of green space available, with fields all around our small, very quiet road.

Price includes all bills (except telephone – best if you use your on mobile), including Sky and broadband (wifi).

We are only looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person, who is currently in work – friends can come round occasionally at the weekend, but we do not want any party animals – we don’t mind you having the odd glass of wine, but no getting drunk in the house please!

We are looking for £550/month all inclusive, or £700/month for a couple, with one month rent payable in advance – as long as you give us one month notice when you leave, and you don’t damage anything, you will get this back.
