HEAD CHEF FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY ! ! !

An exciting vacancy has arisen for an experienced Head Chef for a wonderful pub /restaurant located in a beautiful village set in a lovely part of Oxfordshire within very short distance of the famous Blenheim Palace.

We are looking for a dynamic Head chef to join a very energetic team of ambitious people, to continue to grow and expand this already successful and established business.
The ideal candidate must want stability and have intentions of growing with this very ambitious company, there will be incentives to the right candidate to include a productivity bonus.

This position will suit a hard working reputable and experienced chef you must be ambitious, enthusiastic, be able to work to high standards, be well organised, self motivated, able to work under your own initiative and aim to be the best in your field it is essential that you take pride in your work and want to help set and maintain high standards. You must also possess great communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the team and continually work to develop their skills. You will be totally responsible for the kitchen and the selection of the menu.

You will be joining a proven successful businessman who has high standards with a wealth of business experience. You will be included in all discussions regarding the overall organisation and future planning.

We serve exceptional fresh home made English and European cuisine and attention to detail is imperative. You will also be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness together with maintaining a strict cleaning regime.
