Hi there everyone, i have 2 double bedrooms avaliable in very comfortable, spacious detached house in a quiet area of Ruislip. Its about 10 minutes walk to all local amenities; pubs, restaurants and tesco etc. Also it is within 5 mins walking distance from 3 underground stations (Eastcote, Ruislip Manor, and Ruislip Gardens), which have multiple lines that will get you all over London. Getting into Central London from Eastcote takes about 25mins.

There are 2 double rooms available, both are unfurnished except in one of the rooms there is a bed complete with matress, and in the other there is a matress and the slats from a double Ikea bed (the frame was broken before the previous tenant moved out). Both rooms also have built in wardrobes with ample space within.

The rest of the house is furnished by the current tenant but feel free to bring your own things. There is also a shared kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, a light and spacious lounge with patio doors that lead out into the garden, and garage.

All this for only £433 per month plus bills which normally come to about £120 a month which includes council tax.
