Ideally, potential applicants must have the follow skills/attributes:
1) At least one year of experience in a restaurant environment
2) First-rate communication skills with an excellent command of the English language

4) A genuine zeal for providing great guest service
5) Immaculate presentation
6) A hard working and positive attitude
7) Aspirations for further training and development
Successful applicants are required to attend our renowned Gaucho Academy for a week of training before starting in the restaurant.
