Hotel Assistant Manager
A 2 star plus hotel with 28 ensuites rooms and a restaurant situated in central london is seeking to employ a hotel manager with atleast 1 year expreince within the same capacity and able to run all the daily hotel operations in smooth and successful manners while performing the daily tasks from the front desk.
The successful cadidate will idealy posess the skills as listed below.
* ABLE TO ACHIEVE THE SET FINANCIAL TARGETS BY MAXIMISING THE REVENUE.
* EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO DETERMINE THE ROOMS RATES AS PER THE AVAILABILITY AND COMPITITORS RATES.
* SOUND KNOWLEDGE IN MANIOULATE THE ROOM RATES AT THE WEBSITES OF THE ONLINE TRAVEL AGENTS.
* GOOD EXPERIENCE IN COMPLYING WITH THE REGULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORTIES E.G FIRE AND SAFETY AND OTHERS.
* MUST HAVE EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT& CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS, ADMIN SKILLS ALONG WITH THE GOOD ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE.
Salary 18 k p/a plus attractive incentives
