10 mins from Central line, Overground and DLR

Near schools,shops,doctors and dentists etc...

I am looking for a minium of 3 bed with seperate dining room or 4 bed house please.
House only ..no maisonettes or flats. Must have garden.

Areas I am interested in are Epping,loughton,Buckhurst Hill,Chigwell or romford/ hainault areas.

I will consider other areas for the right property.

Genuine reason for moving... we have had 5 happy years here with no trouble, very nice neighbours
