THE HOUSEMATES

There are 8 of us - 3 girls and 5 guys, all professionals, aged between 24 and 33. You've got everything from musicians to teachers to charity workers to corporate :) Everyone gets along really well, we make each other dinner (at least those who know how to cook) and hang out together, but we also know to give each other our space!

THE ROOM

You would be sharing with two girls (I'm third from the right in the photo, in the blue top). We each have our own single bed so fear not - no funny business. Room is biggest in house. Plenty of wardrobe space etc.

THE HOUSE

7 bedrooms in all, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, cleaner, big garden, free parking in the street.
Internet and TV is included, there is also a washing machine, a new dryer, BBQ for those summer nights... the usual!
Just recently gone non-smoking, but no worries for smoking outside.

THE AREA

Is very safe.
Hendon Central tube station 10 minutes walk away. (20 mins to Camden)
Hendon overland train station 20 minute walk away.
Night bus stop 3 minutes walk away.
Tesco 5 minutes walk away.
Park 3 minutes away with tennis and basketball courts.

YOU

We'd like to have a girl to balance things out.
Preferably someone who adores cooking and cleaning... but if you're normal then that's fine too :)
And preferably within our age group (so 24-33).

THE RENT

£200/month including council tax, internet and TV. Gas, water, elec amounts to about £25/month. Currently testing a cleaner which is 15/month.
