Outbound Marketing Customer Service Exec

Our client is a specialist marketing company, based in the West End of London, who are the driving force behind one of the UK’s leading on-line gambling websites.

The role pays £8.50p/h on a temporary basis and £16-19k per annum when converted to permanent, as well as internal annual bonuses that can equate to up to 40% of the annual salary.

Reporting to the Database Marketing Manager, you will be required to call recent and existing customers to ensure they are confident in using the site's facilities, as well as building relationships for retention purposes.

Although this is not a Telesales role you will still be required to generate additional revenue from new players by promoting other services and areas of the website (cross-selling skills) .

Responsibilities include:

- Identifying segmented groups of players to call and convert via telephone, email and SMS
- Analyse the results of campaigns
- Produce, identify, call and analyse of questionnaires to segmented groups
- Presenting results to the marketing team
- May involve working US hours (2pm -10pm)
