We are looking for a:

PART TIME
TELEPHONE BOOKINGS MANAGER

At our small, friendly office off New King’s Road, SW6

We work with a large team of therapists providing health & beauty treatments to clients at home, offices, events, weddings etc, and now require a Bookings Manager to keep pace with our growth. You will be responsible for arranging client bookings by phone and email with the support of our small, friendly team.

Hours: 4.5 hours per day 5 days per week, Mon-Sat (negotiable). Hours of operation: either 10am –2.30pm or 2pm – 6.30pm. We require at least 3 morning shifts, 1 of which must be on a Monday morning (10am-2.30pm).
Location: Office is based in Fulham, SW6 (just off the New Kings Road)
Starting salary: £13,000 per annum
Benefits: 10 days paid holiday; plus up to 15 days unpaid leave per annum and STAFF DISCOUNTS on all therapies and hairdressing.

ABOUT YOU

If you enjoy dealing with people, are highly organised, unflappable, resourceful and charming with a ‘can do’ energetic attitude, then this is the job for you.

You need: excellent telephone manner and superior client & therapist handling skills. You need to be a fast typer and computer–literate (email, internet, MS Word). Previous PA, secretarial or health & beauty industry experience are an asset; so is running a house and children (if you have done this you are probably a good organiser /multi-tasker and we want to hear from you!). All training provided.

Valid EU work visa is required.
