The Logistics department are looking for a new member of staff to join their existing team to assist the Manager. On going training is provided for the successful candidate to help utilize and build on existing skills. Benefits include, free parking, free lunch, pension contributions and two annual bonuses!

Shipping Duties:
• Import Documentation
• Liaising with shipping lines and clearing agents
• Liaising with suppliers
• Booking Deliveries
• Intrastats and other Customs formalities
• Passing invoices, ensuring we have been invoiced at correct price and liaising with traders on any queries.
• Setting up and updating contracts
• Maintenance of computer records
• Updating of shipping information
• Updating of spreadsheets
Logistics Duties:
• Ensuring we have sufficient stock in our Cash and Carry Warehouse, by transferring stock stored in other UK Warehouses to our premises. It is imperative that we do not run out of stock.
• Setting up Goods Received notes into Outside Warehouses
• Excellent stock management.
 Ensuring correct Rotation of Stock is taking place
 Reviewing Stock on a regular basis to confirm records are accurate

If you must have at least one years experience in Inport/Export and logistics to be considered for this role.
