ALL YOU HAVE TO PAY is hourly rate-£7 per hour

No one does home cleaning like WE. We clean every surface in your home, including door knobs and hanging pictures. This is just a summary of what we do:


Spring Cleanings -£7per hour

• Clean and Disinfect showers, tile and glass
• Scrub bathtub with grout brush
• Scrub vanities with cleaner
• Scrub toilets all around with cleaner
• Scrub sinks and back splashes with cleaner
• Mop Floors
• Use Disinfectant to prohibit the growth of mold, fungus and bacteria.
• Clean and dust outside of appliances
• Clean and dust cabinets
• Clean sink, counter tops and back splashes
• Clean range tops
• Refrigerator & Appliances exterior dusted and cleaned
• Microwave ovens cleaned both interior and exterior.
• Mop Floors•
• Dust and polish all furniture
• Dust window sills and ledges
• Dust louvered doors
• Dust picture frames and mirrors
• Dust and clean ceiling fans
• Dust and clean lamps
• Dust and clean wood flooring with cleaner of choice
• Dust library or family area shelves
• Vacuum and edge all carpets
• Vacuum all bare Floor surfaces, area rugs and stair cases
• High Vacuuming to remove dust and cobwebs in the ceiling area
Miscellaneous
• Pick Up and straighten
• Make Beds
• Clean Stove (inside)
• Clean refrigerator (inside)
• Clean windows (must be able to reach)
• Clean Garage

2) End of tenancy-7£per hour


ALL ROOMS: Take down and clean light fixtures.
Clean light fixtures and air vents.
Special attention to all “dust bunnies” hiding in overlooked nooks & crannies.
Baseboards, wall washing available as requested.

KITCHEN: Clean inside all drawers and cupboards. Clean exterior and interior appliances, refrigerator ,oven,microwave,countertops, sinks, exterior cabinets, table & chairs.

Damp mop tile floor.

BATHROOMS: Clean, sanitize and deodorize shower & bathtub, toilet, tile walls, vanities, sinks, mirrors. Clean inside all drawers and cabinets.

Special attention to baseboards, corners, and all "dust bunnies" hiding in overlooked places.

3)REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING-7£per hour
Kitchen
Clean hob, inside cupboards, inside microwave,
Clean out fridge, oven, wipe outside of oven,
Clean sink, wash up, clean all surfaces, appliances,
Clean pictures, wipe window ledges, wash floor,
Wash windows (inside), empty and clean bin.

Living room/Dining room/Bedroom
Clean pictures, mirrors, chairs, fireplace, tables, windows ledge, skirting
Dust chairs, all surfaces, polish wooden works, brass
Wipe door
Water plants
Vacuum carpet, mop the floor
Change sheets, make beds

Bathroom
Clean bath, sink, shower cabinet, tiles, all surfaces
Clean taps, skirts, mirrors, windows Ledge, toilet
Wash floor, wipe door
Dust shelves, empty and clean bin, clean paintwork

Stairs/Entrance area
Vacuum carpet, mop floors
Polish handrails
Clean skirting, wipe pictures, mirrors
