A large single room in a 2 bedroom flat between Gloucester Road and Earl's Court Station (Zone 1) has become available, as the former housemate is moving back to her country.
The housemate that you will be sharing a flat with will be a Thai female student majoring in Psychology at London Metropolitan University.
The house is well lit, and has a lounge with flat screen TV, blueray and dvd player, Nintendo Wii, wireless broadband and landline.
The house is also very conveniently located, with a 5 min walk to either Gloucester Road and Earl's Court Station. Both stations have many amenities nearby, including Sainsburys, Tesco express (open 24h), Waitrose, as well as many restaurants and pubs including Nandos, GBK, Dim-t, Strada, Wagamamas etc.
Kitchen includes Washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer and other Mod cons.
The bedroom has a Queen-sized double bed, desk, closet and cupboard space. The two bedrooms are far enough for privacy, and close enough to enjoy each other's company.
The rent is 175pw, excluding bills for broadband, council tax, gas, electricity and water.
