London short term flat share

All inclusive nice double room in quiet Vauxhall block SW8 1en (£550 pcm)

I have a double room in a well decorated x local flat, in a well maintained block which I am willing to let to lodgers on short term contracts.

The flat is near Vauxhall Stockwell and Oval tube stations and is quiet, tidy and clean.

All bills are included in the price and I charge a deposit up front. This is equal to the length of stay if less than 1 month, or equal to one month's rent if the stay is longer.

The flat is cleaned by a cleaning service once a week, and it is often possible for the cleaner to do the lodger's ironing free of charge.

I'm a 24 year old civil servant, clean, tidy and rarely around especially in the week.
