We are currently looking for accomplished out-bound Agents to join our highly successful Land Rover team for a period of approximately 8 weeks, possibly longer.

The role:

o Make outbound calls following up on brochure/test drive requests as appropriate.
o Make outbound call to prospects / current customers to try and generate leads for dealer network
o Able to spot and close opportunities for test-drives
o Display achievement of key competencies as set out in the Quality Programme (Listening / Questioning skills / Data Capture etc).
o Ensure that you meet or exceed 85% on call quality (both inbound and outbound) as set out in the Quality Programme, and have a data capture error rate of less than 5% per month.
o Display understanding and knowledge of the client’s products and services. Take part in, achieve or exceed minimum product knowledge level in the monthly product quizzes conducted within the team. Share knowledge with customers to provide an insight into the product range.
o Work to and understand team SLA’s and exceed personal KPI’s.
o Identify recurring customer service and/or process issues and provide feedback to the Team Manager/Team Senior for process improvement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following abilites:

o Ability to communicate clearly by telephone & email is essential.
o Excellent conversational skills – clear, fluent, concise, can build rapport.
o Well-developed listening skills.
o Ability to multitask & use own initiative.
