Smiths of Smithfield is a bar and restaurant located in Farringdon just in front of the Smithfields meat market. It comprises 3 restaurants, a café 1 bar and 3 private rooms.
The Dining Room Restaurant is often described as a "Brasserie". The menu is based on the best British ingredients serving great value modern British food. The Dining Room is a lively friendly restaurant with excellent service and well known for their quality of food and wines.
We are looking for an experienced person to work on a management role. The candidate must have experience in a similar environment.

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER
Applicants for the position should be flexible and energetic. Must show ability to work under pressure and have a genuine desire to make people happy. A positive attitude and leadership ability to manage a team is also required. The aim of delivering outstanding costumer service is a requisite.

Applicants should have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in similar environment at a similar level
- Passion and deep knowledge for food and wine
- Training and motivating skills
- Basic computer literacy
