We have a ‘ Head Graphic Designer’ opportunity and we would welcome applications from individuals who are up for a challenge.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
You will be reporting to our Creative Director and will be responsible for all visual aspects of the website and advertising as well as the production of regular catalogues, on-site banners and newsletter graphics. You will also be responsible for the management of a small creative team, and will need to have a good understanding of team management as there is a high workload. We have a fast moving product launch schedule, and you will be expected to not only keep up with it, but to constantly amaze us with your technical and creative ability.

To shine in this role you must have:
3-5 years of relevant work experience (ideally from a retail background)
Graphic Design Qualification (Degree or National Diploma)
Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design (minimum CS3)
Understanding of colour profiles
Creative problem solving
Management skills
Excellent time keeping
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of photography and the processes involved from studio to press
Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Desirable
Adobe Premier, Flash, etc.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 p.a. negotiable depending on experience, plus discretionary profit and performance related bonus.
