The role is based on a warm desk with numerous clients and candidates but still with potential to have a lot of growth. You would be joining a team of consultants based within the education industry who all enjoy a laugh but get the job done.

The right person for the role will ideally have recruitment experience (within education is preferable but not essential) or a proven track record within a sales environment. You will;
** be hardworking
** sales orientated
** have fantastic customer service skills
** be self motivated but also able to work as part of a team
** have a 'can do' attitude
** have the motivation to meet & exceed targets
** be able to have a laugh!

It is ESSENTIAL that you speak fluent English and have the right to work in the UK.
