The Role

We are seeking a Senior Membership Sales Consultant to add to a quality team. This role will fundamentally be to increase the membership of the club, you will be targeted daily to make contact with prospects, set appointments and ultimately sell memberships. As a Senior Membership Sales Consultant, you will be expected to increase awareness of the club locally by using various marketing tools and outreach strategies. You will be part of a team of 3 and will report to the Club Owner

The Person

To be considered for this role, you MUST have a desire and passion for the industry and have a proven sales background and KPI managed. Personality and a drive to be successful should be key character traits and the challenge of reaching high targets should inspire you to perform daily. We would be particularly be interested in candidates who have sold memberships before or have worked with selling contracts - such as mobile phones, sky TV or credit cards - we would also consider candidates from estate agency and recruitment.

The Benefits

Salary will range from £18,000 - £22,000 plus commission.
