A mixed comprehensive secondary school in Surrey/Middlesex (Staines area) is in need of a strong English teacher.
The position is long-term cover (until the end of the academic year) and is to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate must be able to teach the subject up to KS4 and it is essential that English can be taught with an excellent level of subject knowledge.
The chosen candidate must offer a high quality of teaching and encourage students to continually work to the best of their potential.

To apply you will:

- Be a qualified teacher (ideally PGCE, GTP, BEd, Cert Ed, BA with QTS)
- Be able to teach through all the key stages would be advantageous.
- Have UK teaching experience.
- If EU trained you need to have QTS
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Be resident in the UK now.
- Hold a current CRB disclosure and Police Clearance from your home country where applicable.
- Be able to provide two teaching references.
