I have been working for this family in Oxfordshire for 12 months but unfortunately I have had to return to Australia. I would like to help them fill this position with someone who would enjoy the job as much as I have.
The successful applicant should be someone who can ride horses well, fits in with family life and gets on with teenagers. At interview, you will be required to ride one or more of our horses. If you are applying from overseas, please supply a video (or at the very least some photographs) of you riding.
You must be able to drive as the position is in the country, and have a clean license. The job includes some school runs etc. Good references are essential and your previous employers will be contacted.
The family have two girls aged 14yrs and 18yrs who are both keen riders. The elder daughter is at university. It was my responsibility to look after four competition horses, including riding, responsibility for walking and feeding three dogs and doing some light household chores. The family employs a cleaner.
I have a very comfortable room and a great car to drive.
