I am looking for a decent room in a flat / house in or around central London (prefer it near to a tube station).I have recently moved to London and am establishing myself as a private tutor so not earning enough money at the moment to pay deposits and also, I cannot afford more than 300 pounds per month as the rent including utilities ( I can help in light cleaning jobs in the house).

I am a non smoker, teetotaler, neat and clean, very friendly, helpful, simple and laid back guy of Indian origin in my thirties.

I get up between 7:00am - 9:00am and go to bed between 11:00pm - 1:00am. I eat almost anything but mostly vegetarian. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.

I enjoy singing, reading, cooking and traveling.

I do not drive so I don't have a car.

I am looking for flat / house mates between the ages of 18 and 50. I prefer a household without children and pets.

I can be a perfect house mate for you.

I can move in at a short notice.
