Based on commercial rd, 8 minutes from Aldgate east (zone 1) 4 minutes to DLR SHADWELL STATION or 10 minutes to WHITECHAPEL STATION (district, Hammersmith and city and circle line), lots of busses running night and day.

The room will be available to rent on the 15th of December, however is available for viewing from now.

The flat has 2 storage rooms, fully furnished kitchen and sitting area with 2 big leather sofas, bathroom with power shower, toilet, and useful entrance, large LCD tv, dvd player, huge selection of dvds.

The flat will be shared with 2 other gay guys, 28 yo and 30 yo, professional and very friendly.

The room available comes with a large built in cupboard, huge chest of drawers, double bed, pc desk, very bright as it has 3 huge windows and a balcony.

The rent will be £ 600.00 and must be paid on a monthly base. The 15th of every month.
The rent will include water, council taxes, and broadband plus phone line
The rent doesn’t include electricity bill (approx £15.00 pppm) and a cleaner (£20.00 per month) who comes for 2 hours a week.

A security deposit is required and it will be refunded on the last day of tenancy.
Deposit is £490.00 and it has to be paid in full on the day you move in.
